Payment

All prices are listed in Australian dollars.

We use Afterpay and PayPal  to process payments.  Afterpay allows you to purchase straight away and pay in four equal fortnightly instalments. PayPal customers don’t need a PayPal account to make a purchase. When you go to checkout, Paypal offers the option of paying either through a Paypal account or by submitting your credit card details.

Both Afterpay and PayPal provide a secure payment option for our customers; we don’t see or retain your credit card details.

Shipping

Shipping is a flat rate of $10 and free for all orders over $60.00 within Australia.

We use Australia Post to deliver orders. All orders are trackable – once your order has been processed and is ready for dispatch, you will be sent a tracking number so your order can be tracked if necessary.

We aim to ship your order within 24 hours of receipt of payment. A confirmation email will be sent to advise you of this. Delivery times will vary depending on your location. Please remember that all our products are handmade in small batches, which means sometimes we might have to make products fresh just for you! If this is the case, we can usually still get your order dispatched within 24 hours, but on the odd occasion it might be within 48 hours.

We cannot be held responsible for parcels lost in transit and we will not be able to replace lost items. This rarely occurs, however, we are of course happy to assist in any way possible should this happen.

International    If you are outside Australia and wish to place an order, please email us at shop@guavacreations.com.au so we can arrange this for you and send you a shipping quote.

It is the responsibility of the purchaser to pay any import taxes required by their country.

Returns

Because of the personal nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on any orders, unless the item is defective in some way.

If you are unsure about any of our products,  please ask.  We would love to be able to assist in any way so that you are fully aware of and consequently happy with the item you are purchasing. It might be a good idea to start off with a small order to make sure you are happy with what you have selected.
